For the federal government, it just looks that way. There's actually more money spent in the second quarter, catching up from not having any money in the first quarter, and making new annual contracts.

The flurry of contract activity at the end of the fiscal year is because people realize they haven't spent as much money as they had budgeted. (This can be from production delays, good management, or spending the risk money when nothing went wrong). And it's buying supplies for the first few months of the next year, in case the next year's budget doesn't get signed on time.

This "fallout" money is given to other departments to fill the valid needs that were a lower priority earlier in the year. (There is NEVER enough money to buy everything we need!) The only catch is that they have to be able to get it on contract in a hurry, sometimes in less than a week. All that activity makes it look like we're on a spending spree.

If you are serious about the business, you should seek help from a marketing consultant. To name your B2B business requires some thinking. Especially, to position in the global market, you need common words.

For the information available here, I am thinking that you can include the word "Azimuth" or "Zenith."

Your company name should not be something simple like any mom-n-pop's shop (Joe's Cafe). Also, if you pride your location, you can include your locale in the company name.

It may be ok for the person who is having through knowledge in MM scenarios to take on line training .
It depends on nature of being also that can you learn with computer where you are not tuned traditionally for that ?
